It would be great to have an ingame admin menu in future CS:S updates/servers.
Enemy Territory has the possibility that a player can log into the server as a referee. That is some status like "light rcon" ;) Logged in referees get a small menu with place for Player (kicking, team switching, muting, etc-) / Map (changing, restarting, etc.) / Config (public, clanwarsettings, timelimit, etc.) details.
