Cool thanks Alfred, Does it correspond to anything like the sys_ticrate
on the old HLDS version? Any idea what the min and max rates are?
I think 300 is default.

Also I have the same questions for the max_update and rate settings as I
don't know what to set these to for best performance. Minimal lag and
warping, max reg.

Any ideas?

The "stat" command still needs to be added to SRC, it will provide that
number. You can also use the VGUI version of the dedicated server, it
plots this data on its performance graph.
