If you just started getting "Failed to load server_i486.so" after the last update then it is caused by you having the path to the server with capital letters in it (the game engine is lower casing the path to some server binaries when they are being loaded). This is a bug and we are working on the fix, in the mean time you can simply rename all the directories leading up to the game server as their lower case version.
