I already have, this iosnt the problem though
As i specified in the last email apon typing "Writeid" in console it clears
my previous ban list and adds the last bans in memory - nothing to do with
restarting the server with no ban list!

Execute the banned_user.cfg first so all bans are in memory. If you forget to do this, the bans in the file will also not be enforced.
