Okay, it was my fault, sorry for that.

After ending a map, which is not in the mapcycle, the server will return to
the cycle - using the first entry in mapcycle.txt ... if this entry is
invalid, the manual selected map will reload.

My first entry was "de_nuke_b8" ... but the correct name ist "de_nukes_b8".

Server starts using argument "+map de_dust", which is the third entry in
mapcycle.txt ... fourth entry is "de_aztec" and this mapchange will work,
despite to the faulty entry in the first line.
