It seems nice, as it seems not possible to changelevel on such DS.

Recording demos on the DS should not be allowed by default ! It's not the
job of the DS to record demos. Same for broadcasting HLTV.
A dedicated HLTV or simply players have to record if it is needed.

That means companies will have to check such files or change their policies.

But this can be modified by customer too, it can't be allowed.
