Like I said before I've seen players with steam_id_pending for much
longer than 40 minutes.  A quick kick/reconnect and they auth
immediately.  It doesn't necessarily mean a hack

40 minutes is too much -for me- to think there wasn't yet a timout
reached
neither on cleint nor steam side, and steamID was not released.
-Or- the user keep up trying? It's just silly to think that. 40 minutes

too much to think anything else than some kind of hack. Cracked

buggy code of a cheat, hacker activity => doesn't matter... It should be
something 'tricky'. That's why i wrote what i wrote...
