All files used by srcds under linux should be lower case, this is just enforcing that (otherwise we get into random capitalization hell).

I just noticed the logfile naming convention changed with the lastupdate
From Lmmddxxx.log to lmmddxxx.log
Any reason for making this change? It broke psychostats for my servers.
