Restart Steam. We had one of the configuration servers go bad for 30 minutes just after the release and some clients didn't notice the update because of it. This is now fixed.

I too a getting a conistency error, however mine is "scripts/dsp_presets.txt"

getting a consistency error now that the server's been autoupdated, five_seven.ctx or something like that. Steam hasn't updated clients yet or something?
