Try using the following...
tv_enable 1/0 on/off
tv_record demoname // start recording
tv_stop // stop recording
tv_status // check tv status
tv_autorecord 1/0 on/off // enable/dissable autorecord
tv_password PassworD // sets password
There just a few to get you going not you have to change map before it's displayed

For some reason i cannot get hltv working at me server. Ive set the following options in server.cfg
sv_hltv 1 hltv_delay 90 hltv_port "27046" hltv_maxclients 12
But no hltv to be seen anyware. Anythin im doin incorrectly?
