I run a CS server 18 slots public server, when full the CPU uses about 10 to 15 % load.
And I have a Athlon 3000+ with 1024 MB RAM and the server runs Debian 64 (pure).
When I was running the server on 32 bit mode the same process would take about 25 to 30 % load.
