The server uses that port for SrcTV (it always binds to the port, but
only uses it if SrcTV is enabled).

Tim - thanks for the explanation, but I'm still confused -- client
connects to the server on the server listen port (default 27015), right?
So why would the server need to bind listen port 27005 as well?  I'm
just curious.
