We run some custom maps on our server, we also use sv_downloadurl. If a map is say 20mb and downloading @ 200KBS, the indicator progresses like its coming down @ 5KBS. This gives the client the impression that its going to take forever and they would rather hit cancel instead of waiting the actual 20secs, that its really going to take. It also miss represents how much has finished downloading.
