When trying to install a Counter-Strike 1.6 server on Linux, there seems to
be an issue with Checking/Installing 'Half-Life Base Content' version 7. I
have had a few users with this problem, and tried installing it myself with
the same issue. After it gets the Linux Server Engine v.16, it goes off
something like this (pasting from the last line of Linux Server Engine):

Downloading: .\proxy_i386.so

No installation record found at .

Checking/Installing 'Half-Life Base Content' version 7

Once it gets to this step it uses no CPU and downloads nothing. Perhaps it's
an issue with content servers or something's broken. Not sure if this is a
global problem or if there's a simple fix. I've installed in a different
directory, deleted the blob, and most of the other obvious "fixes".
