I have some questions about CS 1.6 and CS:S, hope you have the answers to them :)
1. FPS
CS:S uses a lot more resources. You can set certain thing like -ticrate in the command line, and FPS_MAX in the server.cfg
why is it my CS 1.6 had 3 times more FPS that my CS:S server?

CS:S CPU In Out Uptime Users FPS Players 0.00 0.00 0.00 873 3 166.64 0
2. RATE's
What are the best sv_minrate and sv_maxrate settings for 1.6 and CS:S ?
I find anything above 15000 is fine and minrate off as I find that most modem users don't cause any issues other than the lag but usually a disadvantage to them.
3. Metamod/Adminmod/Amxmox/HLGuard
Do the above mods work on CS:S ? If no, is there a look-a-like tool for easy administrating the server ?
None of the above mods work for CS:S you can find good admin mods for CS:S @ http://www.sourcemod.net/forums/ http://www.beetlesmod.com/forums/ http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/forums/portal.php
