The update works fine on FC3 64bit with all 32bit libraries installed.

| This release didn't update that binary. The release a couple weeks ago
| didn't (but it was optional), did you not upgrade until now? I suspect
| that you need to install some more 32-bit support libraries (anyone
| using FC2 on the x64? I haven't tried it out yet)
