It seems to be some problems with the ports or something on my gentoo machine (i run it as a firewall and CS server) I did a test today and downloaded the CS server for Windows, then i started a CS server on my Windows machine that uses this IP: 192.168.1.3 My linux is using the IP: 192.168.1.1 I could connect with the HLTV from the linux (gentoo) server to my CS server on the Windows Machine. I tried the other way around Win HLTV ---> Linux CS server and get the same errors as when i tried to connect the HLTV from linux to CS server on linux. I use narc as firewall on my gentoo and i have opened this ports: (for both extarnal and internal use) TCP 27015:27035 UDP 1200 27015:27035 It seems strange that i wount be able to connect to my localhost (Linux) or to my WAN IP adress with the HLTV on my Linux machine, BUT im able to connect on the internal IP with the HLTV on my Linux to the Windows CS testserver. This makes me go crazy and i cant really understand whats wrong. I can connect to extarnal CS games with my Linux HLTV proxy. Ill hope this help for someone who maybe knows what the problem can be.
