a better question is, who's got the better chance of connecting his
shots? Even if both players were miraculously exactly the same in
skill, the guy moving is at an advantage in that he's a moving target,
but also at a disadvantage in that his shots aren't anywhere near as
accurate as the guy crouching. Naturally there are times that are good
to do one or the other, and there is no one best option for all
situations. It is perhaps best to keep moving if you're being shot at.
But if you're not, cuz the guy's running somewhere else or just plain
hasn't seen you yet, I'd say it's always best to stop dead and crouch
in that situation. Standing affects your accuracy in a small way.
Moving affects it in an even bigger way. Anyone that's been playing a
long while has obviously adjusted to how the guns behave while you're
running/jumping around and can still do very well while doing so, but
the fact still remains that besides the awp, every gun is more
accurate while you're crouched. If you're going to try to pick off
2/3/4 guys that haven't seen you yet, you'll stand a much better
chance if you make sure that your shots are as accurate as possible,
and that means crouching.

I've never seen any maps like this besides the one my cousin made,
though it wouldn't surprise me if there were similar ones. If you got
a sec, snag it and check it out, lemme know if that's the one you
tried before or not.
