Thanx for reply Alfred, but I hoped it would be more helpful.
what is my problem up to ??? I have openend all ports --> no change.... I
dont know what to do so that my server reappears on server list.... for
that I have nothing done (except steam update) that it disappeared.
Also what about the support thread about NAT:

"
Router NAT
If you are behind a router that is doing NAT translation, your Server will
have a different internal IP adress then what is needed to list in the
Master List (players can't connect using your internal IP address).

Publish your Server IP address
To fix this you need to add -IP <your external IP address> to the launch
properties of the HLDS Server, which tells the Master Servers what the real
IP address is for your Server.
"

This is just wrong, because I cannot start the server with an IP it hasnt
assigned.... --> I cant publish my IP !

Something strange last:
Last Saturday (short after an server restart, I think 4 pm CEST) my server
was in the list --> but only 10 minutes later it was gone again.. How can
this be....
Perhaps could you tell me what the master server is seeing from my server.
Would be interesting..

There is no problem with NAT that I know of (apart from the eternal problem
of people not setting up port mapping, but that is a limitation of the NAT
technology).
The only bug I am aware of is that a small fraction of servers appear to
stop reporting to the master server after a couple days of uptime (I am
debugging this with a couple people experiencing this problem).
