This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] In general the benchmarks I have seen show 64-bit binaries running on a 64-bit OS run the fastest. This is due to the eight extra registers the processor makes available under that circumstance. I have not seen 64-bit server though.
