I know nat and so on, and the ports 27000 - 27030 is open.. This is one of the IP addresses: Cs1.novanett.no:27017 It wont appear on the server list unless I add it in favourites..

For SRCDS you also have to open port 27015 TCP as well if you want to use RCON. You will have to keep an eye on your server to make sure it stays on the list. You will probably need to restart the server every 2 or 3 days regardless of how active it is.
