Hi, the same problem here. I'm running a CS:S warserver (10 players + srctv) with -tickrate 100, net settings:
sv_lan 0 sv_maxupdaterate 101 sv_minupdaterate 80 sv_unlag 1 sv_maxunlag .5 host_framerate 0 sv_maxrate 25000 So, like CAL config. 3GHZ P4, 2x512 DDR, Debian, 100Mbit connection. But if the server is full, the server fps fall back on the round starts and starts to lagging. I already tried to disable vac2 but it didn't helped.
