Almost forgot -- in case it makes any difference the command line: ./srcds_run -game cstrike -port 27016 -binary ./srcds_amd +exec exec.cfg -nohltv -vacbeta -nobots & You wouldn't be using srcds_amd of course. TBH, I'd try running a bare minimum server.cfg file, and then work back up until you start seeing problems.
