Remove Pingboost and add -sys_tickrate 500
to your start-parameters... Don't know why everyone is thinking high settings in tickrate AND pingboost are producing an optimum performance? I'm running several servers on two AMD64 machines with a maximum of sys_tickrate 200 and NO pingboost in addition. The servers never have a performance problem...
