An update to this... I removed Mattie's EventScripts, LastManStanding, Counter-Bet-Menu and Vweegit's Pickpocket and the server hasn't crashed since.

I just talked to one of the admins who was on the server at 12:25pm PST and said he was on de_dust2 playing against 1 bot. He planted the bomb and when it blew, he died from it, and the server crashed then too.
