I also saw this on one of my client's servers. It wouldn't started, because it kept saying the banned_user.cfg file was larger than 20mb, for the time being I just removed and re-created the file, and that didn't work, so i just deleted the files (he didn't have any bans yet anyways) and that seems to have fixed it so.... but what is causing this?
His files also both where 0bytes, just created as blank files. Christoph Franke wrote:
