Has any one noticed that changing sv_allowdownload and upload seems to have no effect. I set them both to 0 and restarted the server and people are still able to use their new sprays.
I've checked all config files and verified that the serever thinks the cvars are set to 0, but people are still able to upload those lovely porn sprays to the server. I'd like to verify if this is server or admin error.
