This is almost exactly what our server is.. We're running a dual Opteron 244 with 2GB of ram on 2.6.x You can view stats here: http://fez.cracksmokingmonkeys.net/stats/ The busiest server right now is the DoD server (the green one in the game servers chart). It's using about 75% of either cpu when full (32 players). So, you might hope to run 2x32 player DoD servers.. I understand CS:S takes less cpu, so you might get away with running all 3 on the same hardware, but it would be pushing it pretty hard.
