All good here but no surprise as we run source on the install already. So if you already run source servers this update will just work tm.

To support the new VAC2 and Steam3 functions we are rolling into the HL1 engine we are increasing the minimum required Linux version, in particular you must now have GLIBC 2.3.2 or above (this version has been supported by all the major distributions for a few years now). To help ease this move we are also updating the hldsupdatetool to detect the right library setup. Given the varied nature of Linux installs there is a beta version available so you can test the new tool on your installation. To get it just add "-beta linux" to the command line of the hldsupdatetool when you run it. If you see "This Linux installation is unsupported." when running the tool then you need to upgrade your system to continue running HL1 games. If you believe you already have the right libraries installed and see this error then please send me your OS details off list (FreeBSD emulation layer guys, I am looking at you here). This will NOT effect Source engine games, they already have this GLIBC minimum version requirement.
