The latest Steam patch broke an old version of AMX X I was running (v1.01) on Metamod v1.17.4. It also took VAC together with it and -sport did not help. I hope there is some way to rollback some of this in future. Upgrading to AMX X v1.60 and Metamod v1.18 got the server to restore admin functions, but VAC remains broken for me. My servers refuse to do anything about the -sport flag.
