$./rcon -Prconpassword -a137.224.240.20 -p28015 say www.crew-nexus.net rulez
will result on the server in the console:
Console: www.crew-nexus.net rulez
rcon from "137.224.240.7:4144": command "say www.crew-nexus.net rulez"
If there is info needed to be returned (e.g. status) it will also be
returned. to the program and displayed.

KKRcon, like 99% of the rcon tools out there, won't talk to source
servers. It uses a different protocol which travels over UDP and has
a completely different packet format and challenge.
This might have changed recently, but I doubt it.
