This ocassionally happens, just tell customers to restart the server to regain it.

Hi, A few of our customers seem to be having a problem where their server loses vac secure status. Is there a setting I can use to set VAC to be running and have the server show as secure? I know with hlds this was secure "1" in liblist.gam. I apologise if this has been brought up before - didn't find too much on it in the archives.
