Thanks, but I am using private network with IP like 192.168.4.*
I watching at tcp connection between server and client with tcpdump and
I saw normal tcp talking.
I think the problem in my server, but what exactly I can't understand.
Maybe client is using old version, but I think that server should
support old protocols.

Take a quick glance, you'll see he's behind some sort of NAT using a
private IP address. Forward the ports properly and give out the public
address, your problem should go away. There are guides, so I won't
bother trying to explain.

/usr/games/Counter-Strike_Source/
at least, I cd to /usr/games/Counter-Strike_Source/ and run server:
