How do you check that it's offline? If you check it with an external program, make sure you're not IP banned ;)
I check with HLSW. Connected players just loose their connection to server, so for them the server seems to have crashed.
Try running hlds with the -debug option. Maybe that will give more info about something.
Logs don't say anything until now, I guess, I'll really gonna try that. I forgot to say that server had metamod 1.18, soundchek and hlguard installed. Deactivated all mods until now, I'll see what's happening.
