Well, consider that the frequency of these svc_bad drops has increased
recently, I think there is cause to suspect something has changed.  Whether
this change is
in a popular plugin such as metamod or amxmod, or in hlds itself, I have no
idea.  But a couple of months ago, we started getting lots of reports of
this problem happening.
