Alfred,
I'm still getting the following error during the startup process:
net.cpp (896) : Assertion Failed: 0 == iRet
net.cpp (899) : Assertion Failed: 0 == iRet
I don't know if it can cause problems. It looks like the server is running
fine. This error is already an old one. It has been in a few releases now,
but so far hasn't caused problems. I'm running FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE. Anyone
else having this error on other releases? As far as i can tell by googling,
it looks like a FreeBSD-only problem.

to fix
net.cpp (825) : Assertion Failed: 0 == iRet
net.cpp (828) : Assertion Failed: 0 == iRet
do
kern.ipc.maxsockbuf: 262144 -> 524288
