Not necissary, but they are in such high number it isnt an issue. if it
had been from 1000 to 24, then I would worry. But if you dont feel the
dips while playing, then its nothing to worry about. This is also the
issue with choke and loss... if 1 out of 100 packets fails per second, you
usually dont feel anything.

But as you said, players are idiots when it comes to numbers. they only
see that it drops 1 packet every 10 second and they think its a bad
server. Its not like we are running bank transisions where everything
counts...
