Mogely, Can you tell me what's required to upgrade? and is it possible to use the same plugins I have or would I have to update those too? Or should I just RTFA? :P
Also I just figured it out, one of the other emails helped, it seems if you use the command say_team "@hello world" then it will print "[ADMINS] Playername : Hello World. So this seems to be what they were doing. Still seems weird he would include admins in that chat, but yah it seems that I have no access to amx_chat but I can still do this command (when i make myself regular user) and it does trigger amx_chat in the server logs like I saw... so any non admin with no admin priviledges set can use this command. Must be a way to talk to admins even if not an admin, and it's hardcoded in the .sma file.. (which I could change but I think it is actually useful this way).
