Only a little niggle and not important at all but.....
Any chance the hlds_run script can be changed for the next update to set the auto-detect to pick up AMD Opteron / AMD64 as the amd binaries rather than still try and run them as 64bit but without vac2. At least until Vac2 is released on 2004 technology :P (unless of course it already does so and i'm being dim and doing it wrong). I'm speaking with regards to 1.6, am not sure if CS:Source 64bit works ok with Vac2, Anyone know?
