Are your kernel running 1000Htz ? what is your startup command ? i use ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike -port 27015 +ip XX.XX.XX.XX +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 26 -tickrate 100 +fps_max 600 if i remove the +fps_max 600 switch my server lags. try to see if it helps, dunno about the sys_tickrate 300 and fps_max 250 i don't use them in my server.cfg ?
