You are mixing up with srcds's version.


hlds current versions are:
Checking/Installing 'Counter-Strike Base Content' version 17
Checking/Installing 'Linux Server Engine' version 35
Checking/Installing 'Half-Life Base Content' version 8


srcds current versions are:
Checking/Installing 'Counter-Strike Source Shared Content' version 47
Checking/Installing 'Base Source Shared Models' version 3
Checking/Installing 'Base Source Shared Sounds' version 3
Checking/Installing 'Base Source Shared Materials' version 7
Checking/Installing 'Source Dedicated Server Linux' version 57
