We have been experiencing the same problem since the mandatory update in
November I think it was, it could also be the one in early December. But I
don’t know how to check for network connectivity problems. I have tried to
run the servers (two different on different ip's)without firewall, but no
improvement. And just pinging the authserver, whish ip isn't really known
just assumed looking at packets a network sniffer picked up, isn't really a
good solution because it's not the same as a TCP connection. Though in the
packets I found lots of "Checksum error" in every TCP packet, it might be
something(?). Well I would gladly help locating the problem, but I don’t
really know how to.

Nope and the recent update didn't effect this code. The most likely
cause of this error is your server being unable to connect via TCP/IP to
our validation servers. Those servers are currently all online and
checkout, perhaps you have a network connectivity problem? The player
number graph isn't showing a noticeable difference so this isn't
effecting the whole server community.
