You can add as many logaddresses as you want (only multiple instances over NAT will create a problem.) If you have logging enabled the logfiles in <BASEDIR>/cstrike/logs/ will still be written. Also you can redirect the logging from the standard output to a file by adding " > /mydirectory/myfile & " to your startup command or " 2>&1 > /mydirectory/myfile & " if you also want any error messages to go in there.
