Actually rcon version gives me Exe build: 20:06:30 Mar 7 2006 (3421)
by doing some calculation with turning it back and forth from epoch it will give me a date (using the timezone America/Los_Angeles, since I dont get the timezone in the build info). Thu Oct 24 21:06:30 PDT 1996 I believe HL1 was released in 99.
