I'm pretty much clueless on whats happening here.
The svc_bad thing isn't new. It plagued my server for some time then
just went away. I don't think anyone know why it happens yet. Just
search the archives for the list for svc_bad and you will see this
discussion back to early 2004 on Windows and Linux servers.
