There are two well publicised third party fixes. Just install one.

Just anyone can throw in respawn_entities into their own client console while playing on the server and boom, server goes down. This has been out for days and widely used so how about fixing this exploit. Yes i know, public list and just anyone can read this but this is really old news for those who already use it so i dont see any problem posting it here if this will get it fixed faster so spare me for the lecture.
