You're not experiencing the same bug then. This isn't a reporting issue
I'm experiencing. This is a case where the server will at certain times
shoot straight up to using 99% cpu and stay there for no reason when
it's been happily running at 30-40% for days. Even on empty servers
*and* it shows the high cpu usage in top *and* it can happen to empty
servers.

Am I making myself clear enough now?
