Dude, only thing you can turn off is new weapon prices but it wont turn
off the thing that you dont need to buy ammo anymore.
I keep buying ammo for months because old habit is hard to get rid off
but seriously if we think this, valve implements their features
and players either love them or hate them. I came to agree that why buy
ammo separately while they could come along the weapon.
If you dont like the new weapon prices, you propably know that they can
be turned off. I did turn em off because i always
wanted desert eagle for pistol round and now the guys who have money for
m4 and ak in the future, will own every round in the future.
Team with mp5's cant win against these weapons from distance. Just look
at the weapon prices here http://steampowered.com/stats/csmarket/
Pretty funny eh, some weapons just gain more and more price :-)

No, not really? I tought with dynamic prices off all would be the same
like
before the update!? Is the ammo free or do we have to pay for it? What
about
the cases when we could buy the weapon but only half of ammo? Can we
do this
again or do we need the money for the weapon plus full ammo? Why was
is not
mentioned before this update? Which Cvar do we have to change to get
the old
behaviour?

Best regards
Ronny

I think you found a "feature" :). I heard from this during the beta,
disliked it and saw it today.
Though I don't know the prices without full ammo anymore (I didn't buy
via menus for ages and I just "know" what I can afford.
btw.: You'll notice that you get recharged every round ... gotta buy a
minimi today :)
