I have been seeing this happen for a few months now on my hl1 servers. Myself or another admin will ban a player and a week or so later they are back on the server with the same account. It is permanent. I've tested it on myself and I can't get on. Is there a way around the permanent ban??? The player was on with the exact same STEAM_ID as the ban. This person was banned for suspected hacking, and was wondering if anybody has seen this before.
