basically here's the score as far as i am aware. while the client has cl_restrict_server_commands set to 1 or 2 it is impossible to write anything to the client. this includes server redirection. i've been off the scene a couple of weeks and there may be a work around for this but the latest i heard was all you could do was run a test for it and then display a nice change this or have a rubbish time on our servers message.
